Kyle brings significant mergers and acquisitions experience to Paladin, both as an acquirer and a consultant to private equity funds on their target acquisitions. Prior to joining Paladin, Kyle was the director of corporate M&A at a private equity backed environmental services company, leading all aspects of the company’s acquisition strategy. During his tenure, the company completed three acquisitions and raised two additional equity infusions from Los Angeles based private equity funds. Prior thereto, Kyle was a Director of a small investment fund focused on acquiring lower middle market companies, where the fund successfully acquired a reverse logistics business that focused on servicing the needs of big box retailers and their suppliers. Previously, Kyle was a Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, where he advised numerous private equity funds on healthcare and non-healthcare acquisitions and provided strategy consulting to healthcare services clients.
