Svetlana Attestatova

Svetlana Attestatova is Paladin Healthcare’s General Counsel. Ms. Attestatova has over 13 years of corporate transactional experience in a broad range of industries and practice areas, including healthcare companies’ debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and general corporate matters.  Prior to joining Paladin, Ms. Attestatova was a Partner with Reed Smith LLP, where she was a member of the Financial Industry Practice Group, the California Deputy of Global Financial Transactions and the Global Chair of the Russia Business Team.  Before joining Reed Smith LLP, Ms. Attestatova was Counsel at O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Ms. Attestatova has been ranked in Chambers USA, California Banking and Finance, and Super Lawyers, Northern California Rising Stars, for several consecutive years. Ms. Attestatova is a published author and frequently speaks at various Association for Corporate Growth events and private seminars.

Ms. Attestatova received her JD from the University of Washington School of Law, with honors, and is a member of the California Bar.
